1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from valueware.ug, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Uganda Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon successful placement and payment
• We accept Cash on Delivery and Mobile Money payments
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability
• Bulk and wholesale orders require prior confirmation

4. Delivery

We offer delivery across Uganda. Standard delivery to Kampala takes 1–2 business days. Upcountry deliveries may take 3–5 business days depending on location. Delivery fees are arranged at the time of delivery and depend on order size and location.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 3 days of purchase for items in their original, unused condition with original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@valueware.ug. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Limitation of Liability

Valueware (U) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
